For
patients who may find it difficult to travel to the Chicago area, the Pfeiffer
Treatment Center medical team travels to Arizona, Northern California,
Southern California, Maryland and Michigan.
Outreach Clinics offer both medical and laboratory services,
except in Minnesota where laboratory services are offered off-site. A
$245 outreach fee in addition to our standard fee is required.
This fee offsets the expenses of bringing the Outreach clinic to your
area.
A completed Health History Form
is required to schedule an Outreach Clinic appointment. For those interested, the
practitioner appointment schedule is generally available two months before
the Outreach Clinic.
